Title: Building Sustainable Borders: Expose, Educate, Elevate, Empower Blog: Building Sustainable Borders is an organization dedicated to helping marginalized youth by providing them with the resources, support, and guidance they need to prosper. Founded in 2009, this 501 C3 organization has sent and welcomed young people and their parents from around the world, from the Caribbean island of Hispaniola to the United States and beyond. Not only does Building Sustainable Borders (BSB) provide humanitarian aid to those in need, but they also offer exchange programs, youth sport and travel programs, study and travel abroad, and adopt a school/student programs. In addition, all participants must abide by BSB’s Code of Conduct, which requires that all students act with respect and integrity while engaging with the organization’s activities.
